Summary Job title: Warehouse Associate Job ID: null Department: Orlando - Greentech Renewables Location: null-null Description Summary: *** Rooftop Loader/Warehouse Associate *** We're looking for hardworking, safety-conscious individuals to join our team in a dual-role position covering both rooftop delivery and warehouse operations. As a Rooftop Loader/Warehouse Associate, you'll work alongside our boom truck operators delivering shingles, rolls, and building materials directly to rooftops at job sites — then return to our warehouse to assist with receiving, organizing, and staging inventory for upcoming deliveries. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role that keeps our operation running smoothly from the warehouse floor to the rooftop. Hard working, team oriented and self-starting are a must. Reports to: Warehouse Manager Minimum Qualifications: + Good mechanical skills and basic math skills + Ability to lift and carry 70–100 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift + Ability to work on concrete floor for entire shift + Comfortable working at heights on rooftops in various weather conditions + Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening + Punctual, dependable, and able to follow verbal and written instructions + Strong team communication skills in both warehouse and field environments + Must be able to transition between field and warehouse duties within the same shift Preferred Qualifications: + Prior experience in roofing, construction, warehouse, or materials handling + Familiarity with roofing products (shingles, underlayment, drip edge, etc.) + Experience operating or working around boom/crane trucks + Forklift certified or experience operating warehouse equipment + OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain) + Basic understanding of load distribution, inventory organization, and safe stacking practices + Working Conditions: On the Job Site: + Outdoor work in Florida heat, sun, win
