Job Description Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to serve as the primary client-facing representative for a large, complex healthcare capital program in Southern California. This individual will lead project management efforts from early planning and programming through design and construction. The SPM will serve as the prime point of contact for the owner and will direct an integrated project management team supporting a major institutional development. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare facilities, complex regulatory environments, and alternative delivery methods such as Progressive Design-Build.
