We are excited to announce a career opportunity for which we are seeking expressions of interest from qualified candidates who wish to be considered for the Senior Project Manager/Construction role for the Education Market Sector in Southern California, Los Angeles County area. As a Construction Management Professional of capital projects, you’ll be responsible for the management of various subcontractors, process improvement activities, training and day to day leadership of all PMCM staff aligned to this client group. Duties will include: Oversight of education facilities projects on one or more campuses, team mobilization, and reporting to the client's senior management and administration, weekly and monthly reporting, establishment of PMCM best practices, schedule management, change management and executive reporting. The CM Professional will be responsible for guiding and managing the capital projects team in Design, Construction, Commissioning, Activation and Stabilization. This will also include overall project delivery (cost, schedule, budget, quality, and contract negotiation) on assignments and will manage project development from inception through completion (both large and small) in accordance with the client’s program objectives. We’ll look to you to manage all budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures and controls for assigned projects.
