This position is responsible for maintaining, repairing, constructing, and modifying structural components of buildings and facilities in accordance with U.S. Air Force/U.S. Army standards, safety regulations, and contract requirements. The role involves working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary maintenance team to ensure safe, functional, and mission-ready facilities. This is a temporary full time position with an end date of 08/24/2026 **Key Responsibilities:** **Structural & Carpentry Work** + Perform construction, maintenance, and repair of structural systems including walls, doors, roofs, floors, ceilings, partitions, and frameworks. + Install, repair, or replace building components such as drywall, insulation, siding, trim, cabinetry, windows, and hardware. + Conduct finish carpentry work, including millwork, casework, and detailed woodworking tasks. + Execute rough carpentry including forms, framing, sheathing, and structural reinforcement. + Inspect and diagnose structural issues and recommend corrective actions. **Maintenance & Repairs** + Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on facility structures in accordance with contract and base standards. + Perform emergency repairs as required to maintain facility safety and operability. **General Base Support** + Prepare worksite, review work orders, and complete required documentation and reporting. + Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and carpentr
