We are seeking a reliable and motivated **Custodian** to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse facility. This role is essential to keeping our workspace organized, operational, and welcoming for all employees. **How You'll Make an Impact** + Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the warehouse, including sweeping, trash removal (inside and outside), and recycling management. + Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. + Perform minor repairs and general maintenance, such as painting, basic carpentry, and equipment upkeep. + Assist with light outdoor maintenance and seasonal tasks as required. + Operate basic maintenance tools and equipment safely and efficiently. + Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). + Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to support facility needs. + Additional responsibilities as required. **Physical Requirements** + Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout an eight-hour shift. + Reach with hands and arms and use hand-eye coordination. + Lift and move items weighing 10–25 pounds; lift and/or move items up to 70 pounds. + Push or pull items weighing up to 150 pounds. **What You'll Need to Succeed** + Strong work ethic with reliability, punctuality, and consistent performance. + Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team, follow directions accurately, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. + Basic knowledge of cl
